Our White & Rose Wines

Our white wines are made from premium grapes purchased from our neighbors in the Vines of Mendoza project.  The style of our white wine is fruit forward, with a pleasurable acidity. This style is designed to obtain the best typicity from the grape varietal.

Our Rose wines are created from the bleeding of Malbec grapes.   No extra grapes are needed to make this wine as it is a sub-product of our Malbec wine.  Fermentation is performed in stainless steel tanks.  The wine style is dry, crisp and fruit forward with pleasant acidity.  In recent years we have also been making our Rose wines using the more typical Provence method using Pinot Noir grapes.
