This co-fermentation of Chardonnay and Viognier offers layered aromas of fresh tropical fruit, apple, vanilla, and citrus blossom. On the palate, it is full-bodied and round with integrated acidity creating a great balance. There are attractive flavors of pear, pineapple combined with notes of toast and sweet brown spice given by its oak aging. A complex white with a nice aging potential and lingering finish.
