Refreshing and clean, dry as a desert breeze.  It pours a pale corral hue while the aroma evokes apricot and strawberries. On the palate the summer fruits give way to a long finish of pink grapefruit from the vibrant acidity.  Tremendously food friendly, it will pair well with everything from shrimp cocktail to soft cheeses, or deep fried anything.
