This will be a hands on virtual cooking class with Chef Pablo from his home in Mendoza, Argentina and will involve  the preparation of Beef Wellington ala Gaucho. 

During the class we will enjoy our 2019 AWI Sauvignon Blanc and our 2015 AWI Malbec.  You can pick up your wine prior to the class or we can deliver your wine for a charge.  The price for the class is $75 per household and includes two bottles of AWI wine.
