Vertical tasting of our Red Blends.

This month we will taste our various of our vintages from 2016 to 2019 for our Reserve bordeaux style blends and our 2020 and 2021 vintages for our Premium bordeaux style blends.

A vertical wine tasting is a type of wine tasting where various similar wines from a producer are compared but come from different vintages. This allows tasters to see the evolution of a specific wine over time, as well as better understand the effect of growing conditions in different vintages, plus any changes to techniques in the winery and - in the case of blends - blending percentages.
