White & Rosé Wines

Our white wines are made from premium viognier grapes from our vineyard as well as other white grapes purchased from our neighbors in the Vines of Mendoza project.  The style of our premium white wines is fresh and fruit forward, with a pleasurable acidity. This style is designed to obtain the best typicity from the grape varietal. 

We also make a barrel-fermented white blend “Mitad Mitad”, that is 50% Chardonnay and 50% Viognier (using super premium grapes from our Vineyard).  This blend is dry, complex and creamy.

We have used various varietals to make our rosé wines using the more typical Provence method. This method results in a rosé that is dry and crisp with a nice complexity of flavors and mouthfeel. In recent years, our rosé wines have been made with Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Merlot grapes.
